Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and operations.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in site preparation.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
