Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Set up and prepare construction sites, including cleaning and clearing debris.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, and hauling.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantities.
