Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following all safety protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint reading as training progresses.
- Support excavation, concrete pouring, and framing duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
