Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and lifting materials to support construction projects.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, with daily operations.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and organize them efficiently on-site.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under direct supervision.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
