Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as electricians, carpenters, and plumbers, with various tasks on the job site.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, including removing debris and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure personal and team safety.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
- Hand and carry heavy materials safely across the job site.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
