Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack materials (bricks, lumber, tools) at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and moving debris.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in general construction or landscaping is a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
