Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools for daily use.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywall installation, and painting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and cutting as directed by the supervisor.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using heavy machinery or manual labor.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
