Job Overview:
We are expanding our operations in the Tampa area and need reliable laborers to assist with various residential and commercial projects. If you are physically fit, punctual, and ready to get your hands dirty, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials and equipment safely.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling job site scaffolding and barricades.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the construction site.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Transport tools and supplies to and from the job site.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
