Responsibilities
- Assist with construction tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials
- Support skilled tradespersons as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work weekends in various weather
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and reliability
