As a Laborer, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to various job sites.
- Operate power tools, such as saws, drills, and compressors, under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and carpenters, with daily tasks.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Perform basic measurements and layout tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with construction tools and equipment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
