Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and site plans.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
