What You'll Do
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing job sites, and ensuring our work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various tasks on the job site.
- Clean and prepare work areas, ensuring they are free of debris and hazards.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and measurements verification when directed.
- Support the project manager with daily site needs and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
