Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, excavation, and concrete pouring
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform quality checks to meet construction standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
