Responsibilities
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) for material excavation and installation
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site prep
- Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for accurate implementation
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physical tasks in all weather conditions
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
