Job Overview:
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our projects, assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure efficient and safe job site operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the erection, maintenance, and repair of building structures and their components.
- Load and unload construction materials, and move them to the correct job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools required to perform the job duties.
- Mix concrete, sand, gravel, and cement for foundations and slabs.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Clean job sites, removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, tamping, and grading earth.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for long periods.
- Experience in general construction labor preferred but not required for enthusiastic learners.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Completion of a background check and drug screen.
