Your Role
You will work closely with our skilled tradespeople to ensure the smooth execution of construction activities. We value hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and material handling.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools (forklifts, jackhammers, saws) safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Measure, cut, and prepare building materials for installation.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, hauling, debris removal, and site cleanup.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces when necessary.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
