Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons with daily operations.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including excavation, grading, and debris removal.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Measure, cut, and handle raw materials with precision and care.
- Clean the construction site at the end of each shift to ensure a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry heavy objects weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
