Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and site preparation.
- Operate and maintain power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials from delivery trucks and job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform physical labor duties, including digging, lifting heavy objects, and hauling materials.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards and procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adhere to strict schedules.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
