Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and operate basic hand/power tools
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Support equipment operators and perform general site maintenance
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather
- Valid photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification (provided)
