Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and project managers.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
