Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform general site preparation, including digging, lifting, and hauling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
