Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize them on job sites efficiently.
- Perform manual labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items up to 50+ lbs.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as framing, concrete finishing, or demolition.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and strictly following safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under direct supervision.
- Read and understand blueprints and safety instructions when required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
