- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and power equipment under supervision

- Load/un construction materials and debris safely using proper techniques
- Support various construction phases including framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Perform physical tasks requiring strength, endurance, and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
