Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, marking areas, and setting up barriers.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Perform basic site cleanup and maintain a tidy work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
