Pacific Builders Co. is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our growing team in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Clean and prepare job sites, including debris removal and site sweeping.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with basic framing or concrete pouring as directed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record preferred.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
