Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Perform site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe environment.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and other earthworks as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: No prior construction experience required. On-the-job training provided.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard.
- License: Valid Driver’s License preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attitude: Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.
