Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and masons, with daily tasks and installations.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, marking areas, and ensuring proper site safety.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, concrete, and other materials according to blueprints or instructions.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the work area to maintain a professional environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide the training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
