Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, laying groundwork, and ensuring areas are safe for operations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Tool Assistance: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of skilled trade professionals.
- General Labor: Perform manual tasks such as digging, carrying supplies, and assisting with framing, drywalling, or painting projects as needed.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the work area and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with site supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
