Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including pulling wire, stripping insulation, and connecting terminals.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Utilize hand and power tools correctly to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and tests on electrical equipment to ensure functionality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report progress to supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We provide full training for motivated candidates.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic understanding of mathematics, including fractions and measurements.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid work visa.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
