Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywall, and concrete work.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Dig trenches, grade soil, and perform general site preparation.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic reading and math skills are preferred.
