As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, assisting with various tasks to ensure our projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely under the supervision of a foreman.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by project supervisors.
- Support the team with digging, lifting, and moving materials to complete tasks.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and blueprints.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
