Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, concrete pouring, and framing.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing debris and trash.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on-site.
- Perform digging, lifting, and general physical labor as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
