Job Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to assist with various aspects of residential and commercial construction projects. This is an entry-to-mid-level position ideal for those eager to learn the trade.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks and setups.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all site safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform digging, lifting, and other manual labor as required by the project supervisor.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime when necessary.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
