Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with basic tasks as needed.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- Basic math skills are preferred for measuring and material estimation.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
