Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific safety plans.
- Perform basic measurements, digging, and setting up temporary structures as directed.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
