Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and transport them to the work area.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for long hours.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
