Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction projects including framing, drywall, and concrete work.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to designated areas.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
