Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on residential and commercial construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various duties.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow all site safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions strictly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
