Job Overview
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. You will assist with various tasks to ensure our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and debris to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily tasks and projects.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Perform general cleaning and site maintenance to ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations strictly at all times.
- Assist in digging trenches, pouring concrete, and preparing surfaces for construction.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety instructions.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team attitude.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
