Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials at construction sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and sweeping.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and site rules to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
- Transport tools and materials to designated work areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
