Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations and setup.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and adhering to cleanliness standards.
- Operate basic power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and store them properly.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 5 PM - 3 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices (OSHA).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various construction tasks.
