Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from foremen to complete tasks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations as needed.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work in a physical environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills are a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid identification (Social Security Card or Driver's License).
- Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends if needed.
