Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, or pallet jacks (if certified).
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and demolition duties as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
