Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment on-site.
- Perform site cleanup, including removal of debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Transport materials and tools between job sites as directed by supervisors.
- Measure, cut, and assist with basic site measurements and leveling.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team.
