Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily site operations.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Move heavy materials and supplies as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Measure and cut materials as needed for specific project requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
