Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site operations: Support the construction crew in various tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Material handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
- Site maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Equipment support: Help set up and take down scaffolding, barricades, and safety signage.
- Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and site-specific safety guidelines.
- Trade assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn: Eager attitude to receive training and develop new skills on the job.
- Safety mindset: A strong commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Reliable transportation: Must have access to a vehicle to get to and from the job site.
