Responsibilities
- Assist in various stages of construction projects, including framing, roofing, and concrete work.
- Operate and handle construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Ensure the work site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform basic measurements, cuts, and measurements as directed by supervisors.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions outdoors.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
