Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on-site.
- Operate power tools, including saws, drills, and compressors, safely and effectively.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the construction site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols strictly at all times.
- Transport materials between job sites efficiently using heavy machinery or hand trucks.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from site supervisors.
