Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from job sites.
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, tamping, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and fellow team members.
- Help in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
