Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work adheres to local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults efficiently.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative crew.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy equipment for extended periods.
